I am trying to make sakura mochi, and can find all needed ingredients except pickled sakura leaves. I would also like to find pickled sakura flowers.
Does anyone know of an online store where I can buy pickled sakura and sakura leaves?

Reply:I have not found them yet. (If you know someone in Japan they can mail you some) but I do know that you can substitute preserved grape leaves (the kind in brine)
