Susie, international flower order can't be placed over the Internet, because of the difference in each country's address system. You need to call a florist in your town (or any florist anywhwere for that matter) to place the order, at least a few days before the intended delivery date.
I just looked up our international florist directory... If you are in the US, sending flowers to New Caledonia would be very expensive though; minimum for their arrangement would be $100 or so.
