I live in Southern California, and I keep seeing this flower along the freeways, sometimes in people's yards, sometimes just out and about. I cannot find it anywhere online when I search for "Southern California wildflowers" "shrubs + blue flowers" "bushes + blue flowers" etc. I would love to put this plant in my yard, but I have no idea what it's called and where I would find it - not wanting to take clippings from other people's yards, and figuring it wouldn't be safe to try and get one off the freeway.
